School-related PT Assessment & Evaluation

We provide a comprehensive physical evaluation to identify all of the child's special education and related services needs related to physical function and gross motor skills in the education setting. If child is found eligible for school-based physical therapy related servicec it may help the student with independence in classroom, better participation in the gym and on the playground, accessing the hallways, staircases and caffeteria more independently.
